Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Sat. June 23, 2012

Kenneth L. Rogers, 55, of Ionia, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 
Laurels of Fulton near Middleton. He was born on Sept. 12, 1956 in Ionia, the 
son of Harold and Beverly (Kingston) Rogers.

Both parents have preceded him in death along with a nephew, Andy Rogers of 
Holland.

Ken has been a lifelong resident of Ionia and was retired from TRW in Portland.

Funeral services beginning at 11 a.m. will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 
at the Sheridan Congregational Church in Sheridan with Pastor Phil VanDop 
officiating. Interment is at Balcom Cemetery, Ionia. Visitation will be on 
Tuesday, June 26 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Simpson Family Funeral Home, 
Sheridan.

The family has suggested for those desiring to do, that memorial considerations 
can be made to either Laurels of Fulton or the American Caner Society. There 
will be envelopes available at the funeral home.
