Rusnell, 43, of 654 Bellamy road, were conducted Tuesday at 2 pm at the Leddick funeral home. Rev. Nolan Williams of Easton United Methodist church officiated and interment was at Easton cemetery. Mrs. Rusnell died Saturday morning at the Blodgett Memorial hospital in Grand Rapids following an extended illness. Born a Northville, June 20, 1932, she was the daughter of Loyd and Doris Liichow Dethloff. The family moved to Greenville where she graduated from high school and worked at the United Memorial hospital. June 12, 1954, she was married to Karl Rusnell at Turk Lake and came to Ionia where she had made her home since. In 1973, she started training in the licensed practical nurse program at Montcalm Community college at Sidney and her capping ceremony was December of 1974. She was a member of the Easton United Methodist church. Besides her husband Karl, she leaves three sons, Marc, Craig and Brian and a daughter, Kristie; mother, Mrs. Doris Dethloff of Greenville: two sisters, Mrs. Annette Granzo of Greenville, and Mrs. Carol Yoder of Paradise, Pa. A memorial has been established for the Easton United Methodist church.
