Ionia Sentinel Standard – Saturday, 4 December 1948

Sandra Hart, four-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Hart of Lyons, 
died at 3:15 a.m. Saturday at the home of her parents.  She had been ill since 
Friday morning and her death was thought to be caused by a heart attack 
brought on by her illness.  Sandra had suffered several attacks of pneumonia 
and had been suffering from asthma.

She is survived by her parents, one sister, Linda Lee, age one and one-half; 
her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hart of Lyons and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Ward 
of Ionia Route 2; and two great-grandmothers, Mrs. Lenno Messer of Ionia and 
Mrs. Emma Guernsey of Lyons Route 1.

Funeral services will be held from the Shaw-Rivett funeral home in Muir Monday 
at 2 pm Dr. Paul Steward will officiate.
