Ionia Sentinel Standard, 6 Jun 1974

Britt Reid Schreiner, 28, of route 1, Kimball road, Lyons, died unexpectedly at 
his home Wednesday evening.  Born in Lansing July 1, 1945, he was the son of 
Ronald and Leida Schreiner and had lived at his present address the past 23 
years.

He attended the Lyons high school and was employed by the Bauer Sawmill in 
Westphalia.  He was a member of the Lyons Baptist church.

Surviving are the mother, Mrs. Leida Schreiner of Lyons, two brothers, William 
J. of Texas and James of Ionia; four sisters, Mrs. Alton Burnham of Eagle, Mrs. 
Edith Meis of Lyons, Mrs. Evelyn Kirchen of Grand Ledge and Mrs. Connie Hayes 
of Lake Odessa; half brother, Robert Green of rural Muir and half sister, Mrs. 
Irvin Smith of Perry.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Lyons Baptist church.  Rev. C. 
Richard Harrison will officiate and interment will be at Lyons cemetery.  
Funeral arrangements were made by Hull Memorial chapel in Muir.
