Ionia Sentinel Standard - Aug. 6, 2011


Phyllis W. Smith, 55, of Ionia, passed away on July 19, 2011 after a long 
battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents Ivan and Jeanette 
Smith. Survivors are her son and wife Eric and Buffi Herald; daughter Jodi 
herald; grandchildren Connor and Brooklynn Herald, Kaiden, Tyler, and Kameron 
Conroe; sisters Pat Smith, Cheryl and Howard Hirschman, and Duane and Judy 
Smith; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held 
Sunday, August 14 at 1 p.m. at 1670 Haynor Road, Ionia, Michigan. There will be 
a luncheon following the service. Any donations or flowers please call Jodi
