Excerpts from Grandville Obituary

CONNIE SNEATHEN

Died August 2, 2026-age 81 of Dorr.
Born October 24,1944 in Belding,MI, daughter of Clayton and Maxine(Doty) Hall.
Graduated from Belding High School in 1962 & went on to cosmetology school
Married Peter D. Sneathen, in Grand Rapids on January 28, 1967.
Connie worked for many years as a hair stylist and retired in 2016 from ABC Auto 
Auction in Wayland as a title turner.
She enjoyed family reunions, camping, fishing, playing card games, knitting, 
bird watching, reading the Bible, watching Tennis, Kansas City Chiefs football & 
comedy shows.
She loved the Music of Josh Groban, Barry Manilow, Michael Bolton and Michael 
Buble.
Connie was a fantastic cook and baker, tapioca pudding, red velvet cake, frozen 
strawberry jam & Frosted Christmas sugar cookies.
A long time member of the Community of Christ Church & was a devoted servant of 
her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Preceded in death by her husband, Peter D. Sneathen, in 2017; infant son, Glen 
Alan Sneathen; parents Clayton & Maxine Hall; brothers Terry hall and Jim Hall.
Survived by her children, Pete (April) Sneathen, Tanya (Dantae) Barden, Grand-
children Kayla Wustman, Justin (Bayleigh) Wustman, Carter Sneathen, Parker 
Sneathen and great-grandchild, Payton Wustman.
Celebration of Life, service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 27, 
2026, at Douglas Walker Park, 1195 84th St.SW,Byron Center,MI.
Visitation will be held from 2 pm until time of the celebration service at 3 
p.m..
Sharing of memories & fellowship will follow from 4-6 p.m.
