Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 21 Dec 1936

Funeral services for William F. Soule who died Tuesday evening, December 15 
were held at the home Friday, December 18 at three o’clock.  Rev. Paul L. 
Stewart officiated.  Burial was at the Mt. Olivet cemetery beside his wife.

Pall bearers were N. J. Spaulding, E. S. Yeomans, Foss O. Eldred, Dr. J. J. 
McCann, Harvey E. Kidder, Patrick Brogan, Harry W. Callow and Dr. E. J. Tower 
of Cedar Springs.

Those from out of town who attended were Mrs. R. M. O’Neil, Miss Anna Burke, 
Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Jannausch and family, Miss Viola Kurant, Mr. and Mrs. John 
Quinn and H. L. Williams of Grand Rapids; Miss Mary Soule, a niece of Grand 
Haven; Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Burke of Owosso, M. J. Quinn and Vincent Quinn of 
Detroit, Mrs. Louis Griffin, Paul Keiffer and Mrs. Beatrice Smith of Muir, Mr. 
and Mrs. James Cunningham and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Cunningham of Hubbardston, 
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Grace of Carson City, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Beahan of 
Lowell, and the Misses Gertrude Ruthruf and Rose Feuerstein of Belding.

Music was furnished by Chandler Haight, Sr., accompanied by Chandler Haight.  
Mrs. Bruce O’Connell, Mrs. Patrick Beahan, Mrs. Frank Gierman and Mrs. Leland 
Stebbins had charge of the flowers.
