Ionia Shopper's Guide - Sat. Feb. 4, 2012

Debra Lee Tucker, age 45, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2012. She was born 
August  6, 1966 in Ionia, the daughter of Russell M. and Berneice F. (Farrell) 
Ward. Debra was a smart, kind thoughtful, very reliable, and selfless person. 
She loved children immensely, was the best babysitter, and was considered a 
second mom to many. She also loved cooking and trivia. She had a fantastic 
singing voice. Preceding her in death were her parents and grandparents. 
Surviving are her husband of 23 years, John; son Patrick Tucker; siblings, 
Russell (Dorothy) Ward, Barbara (Gaius) Lepley, Jeannette (Rollin) Alexander, 
and Larry (Mary) Ward; and many  nieces and nephews. Memorial service at Lehman 
Funeral Homes, 220 Rich Street, Ionia, with Rev. Tom Rundell of Shiloh Church, 
presiding. Interment at Balcom Cemetery.
