Portland Library Scrapbook - March 1888

Mrs. Sylvester K. Welch

Died-In this township, Sunday, March 25, 1888, Mrs.S.k.Welch. The funeral 
services were held yesterday at ten o'clock, Rev. R.M. Keyes officiating. Mr.and 
Mrs.Welch were old settlers in this vicinity, the former having died several 
years ago.The deceased left a large number of relatives and friends to mourn her 
departure.
