The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, March 30, 1960

Clarence A. Wheeler, 84, Belding dry goods store owner, died at his home 
Monday evening.  Wheeler went to Belding in 1904 to establish a store.  It has 
been operated as Wheeler and Son.

Surviving are his wife, Jessie, two sons, Carlton of Highland Park and John of 
Belding.

Service will be Thursday at 3 p.m. at the Fitzjohn funeral home with burial at 
River Ridge cemetery.
