Ivon Leosh Laid To Rest

Ivon Leosh of Wise township passed away Sunday, January 29, at the Central 
Michigan Community Hospital, following a long illness.

A life long resident of Wise township, he was born March 16, 1898.  He was 
married to Amanda Schimelpfenig at St. Ignace December 17, 1930.

He was a section worker at Dow Chemical Company retiring in 1962.

Surviving are the wife Amanda, two daughters, Mrs. Elenore hall, Mrs. Dorothy 
Battle, one son , Robert, three granddaughters, one sister, Mrs. Philla 
Goodenow, and one brother Alvan Leosh, all of Clare.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon, February 1, at 2 p.m. from 
the Stephenson Funeral Home, with Rev. Floyd Bontrager officiating, and burial 
in the Wise township cemetery at Loomis.
