Holland Sentinel  July 10, 1947
William Bronkhorst, 75, who for many years was employed as a teamster by the 
city, died at 2:30 a.m. Saturday in his home, 29 East 7th Street. He had 
worked for the city until a year and a half ago when ill health forced hom to 
retire. He was born Jan. 1, 1872 in Holland MI, to Jan and Driesji (Van 
Campen) Bronkhorst. Married Jennie Van De Poel Nov. 10, 1892 in Holland, MI
Surviving a daughter, Mrs. William Van Regenmorter; two grandchildren, William 
and Kenneth Van Regenmorter. A son Harry Bronkhorst died in Feb, 1946 in Grand 
Haven, MI.
