Dall, John C. Standish, Michigan

Age 62 years, he died Saturday evening at Standish Community Hospital. He was born Sept. 22, 1911 in Sterling, Michigan. He never married. He resided in Sterling as a young man, he worked for many years for the Sharon Steel Corp. in Dearborn before retiring in 1972. He then moved to the Standish area where he resided with his sister. He was a veteran of World War II and also a member of the VFW Post of Standish. Surviving is one brother, Julius, of St. Paul, Minnesota. One sister, Mrs. Marie Whitman of Standish, half brother Harry Marks of Manistique. Joint funeral services will be held with his sister, Mrs. Alvina Treichel, Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the R. O. Savage Funeral Chapel at Standish, the Rev. Theodore Frey officiating. Burial will be in the Sterling Cemetery at Sterling. Friends may call at the R. O. Savage Funeral Chapel at Standish. Graveside Military services will be held under the auspices of the Standish VFW post.
