Louis Meyers of Sterling St. John's Evangelical Lutheran church, at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Peter Halcro, Standish, Friday; September 25 at 2:00 p.m.. Miss Halcro was born in Standish 18 years ago and has lived her entire life here. She graduated from Standish High School last spring. The auto accident which took her life occurred last Tuesday night. Surviving are her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Peter Halcro, a brother Edward of Standish; and 2 sisters. Charlotte of New York City and Mrs. Joseph Reay of Detroit; a grandfather, Peter Halcro of Holt; and the following aunts and uncles; Mr. & Mrs. J. O. Weible and Mr. & Mrs. William Thomas, Standish; Mr. & Mrs. Hector Halcro and Robert Halcro, Detroit; Mr. & Mrs. Lester Lusher, Moores Junction; Mr. & Mrs. Fred Pekrul, West Branch; Mr. & Mrs. Gust Pekrul, Sterling; Mr. & Mrs. Peter Pekrul, Upland, CA; Mr. & Mrs. Fred Schultz, Cumberland, WI; and Mr. & Mrs. Emory Turnball, Haywood, WI; a granduncle Dave Woolheiser and several cousins.
