ORR- Mrs. Edith G. Orr, 79, of Standish died Friday at Standish Hospital following a short illness. She was born in Bay City April 10, 1884, but lived most of her life in Standish. On Jan. 14, 1903, she married the late Johnsie Orr. Survivors include five sons Howard, Chester, and Lyle of Standish, Russell of California, and Robert of West Branch; three daughters Miss Gladys Orr of Detroit, and Mrs Janes Anthony and Mrs. Frank Nuttall of Standish; and eight grandchildren. Mrs. Orr was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Standish. She also was a member of Violet Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, Rebekah Lodge, and White Shrine.  Funeral Services will be Monday at 2 p.m., from Grace Episcopal Church with the Rev. William T. Elliott officiating. Burial will be at Sterling Cemetery at Sterling. The body is at the Arnold Savage Funeral Home in Standish.
