WRIGHT, Au Gres --- Funeral services for Dale R. Wright, 22, of Au Gres, who died Friday at University Hospital in Ann Arbor as a result of gunshot wounds from the gun of an unknown hunter, suffered on Nov. 16 in Arenac County, will be held Monday at 2PM at the AuGres Methodist Church. The Rev. Herbert Thompson will officiate. Burial will be at the Sims-Whitney Cemetery at AuGres. The body will be at the Forshee Funeral Home in Twining until noon and will lie in state at the church from noon until time of services. He was born Sept. 2, 1940 at AuGres, was a lifelong resident. He married April 1, 1960 to Betty Jean Micklyn, who survives him. He was a farmer and member of the Delano Methodist Church. Besides his widow, Betty Jean, he is survived by a daughter, Teresa; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wright, of AuGres; two brothers, Donald and Morman of AuGres; three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Piegols and Mrs. Elaine Shepherd, both of Midland, and Miss Betty Wright of Bay City; and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Raphell.
