Located on the corner of North Branch Road and Bainbridge Road in
Bainbridge Township.
Section 10
Located on the corner of North Branch Road and Bainbridge Road in Bainbridge Township south of Coloma, MI. The church sign is still there for Newhope United Methodist Church but an arsonist burned the church. The sign now marks the area of the cemetery, which is located in section 10 on township maps. The cemetery was associated with a church and in 1853 and at that time the church was known as the Indiana Conference of the Evangelical Association. In 1880 it was known as the Evangelical Ecclesiastical Church and in 1953 it was known as the Zion Evangelical United Brethren Church, which merged with the Methodist church in 1968. The cemetery once owned by the church is now owned and maintained by Bainbridge Township.
