Home that the foundation was a formal milk house and Evart built the home using some of the foundation in 1928 to 1934 on Emmons St. Niles, Michigan picture was taken in 1977. Front and rear porch has been added. Uncle Robert Gonder and my father Merton Hofstra setting in front of Evart Gonders home in 1946. Robert was a waist gunner on a B-17 (Europe) WW2 and my father fought the Japanese in the Philippines in the battle of Luzon and Manilla in 1945 WW2.
