1947 Coldwater High School Yearbook

COACHES

Floyd Eby  --  returned to C.H.S. coaching duties in the spring of '46 after 2 years of creditable
service as a Navy ensign.  Coach Eby is largely responsible for the 1947 Championship which the C.H.S.
cagers snared.  Mr. Eby's genial personality has mad him the idol of the student body.

Reed Laughlin --  joined our coaching staff in 1944.  He spent 1 year as a head coach and 2 years
as assistant coach.  His reserve teams have copped many impressive victory.  Mr. Laughlin
will be head coach in Basketball at Port Huron next fall.  The student body will miss this kindly coach.

Bertrand Grigg --  has been a member of the faculty for 19 years.  He has done a quiet but important job
in coaching the boys Junior High in football and basketball.  His contribution has been inestimable.
