Cedar Springs, Solon Township, Kent County, Michigan QUIT CLAIM DEED This Indenture made the fourth day of February in the year One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety-Three. Between the Common Council of the Village of Cedar Springs, Kent County, Michigan, of the first part, and Sam G---- of Cedar Springs, Kent County and State of Michigan, of the second part, WITNESSETH that said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve dollars to said party of the first part paid by said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained, sold, remised, released, and quit claimed, and by these presents doth bargain, sell, remise, release and forever quit claim unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns FOREVER, for Cemetery purposes exclusively. All of Lot Nine, Section A, Elmwood Cemetery, Village of Cedar Springs, Kent County, Michigan according to the records plat thereof. TOGETHER WITH ALL AND SINGULAR the heriditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said party of the first part, either in LAW or EQUIT, of, in and to the said premises, with the said hereditaments and appurtenances, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns, for the purposes aforesaid, to the sole and only proper use benefit of the said party of the second party, his heirs and assigns, Forever.
