Heroes of the World War Battlefields Now Enroute from Hoboken
Detroit, July 28 – Bodies of 86 soldiers killed overseas are to reach Detroit Friday and Saturday, for shipment to the former homes of the veterans, who come from all parts of the state. Seven of the dead are from Ohio and Indiana. The Western Michigan list includes: |

Thursday, July 28, 1921 – Pg. 18 – Grand Rapids Press Company K Men to Honor Dead Comrade Members of Company K, 126th Infantry, will report in uniform at the Armory at 1 o’clock Saturday to attend the funeral at Hudsonville of Elmer L. Barnaby. Service at the home will take place at 2:30 and church services will be held at 3:30. Members who have automobiles are requested to report with them.
