Bradford--The funeral services for Howard Bradford, of Grand Rapids, were conducted from the Stebbins funeral home Saturday afternoon, and the interment took place in the Easton cemetery. The services were in charge of Rev. John Guernsey, of Grand Rapids, and the musical seelections were provided by Gus Horning of Grand Rapids, with Mrs. Jay VanSickle, of Ionia, playing the accompaniment.

The spacious rooms at the funeral home were crowed, many from the York Masonic order and the Second Methodist Episcopal church, Grand Rapids, of which he was a member, making up a part of the assemblage. Associates of this Masonic body served as an escort and conducted the services at the grave with the assistant of Worshipful Master Wheeler of the order.

The flowers were plentiful and beautiful, speaking in a mute testimony of the love which his acquaintances from Grand Rapids and those from this county held for him.

Mr. Bradford leaves his widow, a daughter Madge, a brother Arthur, of Easton; two sisters, Mrs. Douglas Lillie, of Grand Rapids, and Mrs. Eugene Rowley, of Ionia.

Those from away to attend the services were Mr. and Mrs.. Fred Bradford and Mr. and Mrs. R.B. Bradford, Alma; Mrs. Lettie Barnes, Greenville; Mrs. O.A. Nummer and daughter Edna, Belding; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Osgood, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Beckman, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Rowley, Mrs. Ellen Rhoades, Mrs. Eva Allen and daughter, Fred Holt, W.F. Corbin, Mr. and Mrs. Alyea and son, rand Rapids; Mrs. Clarence Saunders, Flint; Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Brown, Mrs. Addie Lee, Saranac, and Mrs. Ellis, Lansing.
