Lee M. Hutchins, 83, president of Hazeltine and Perkins Drug Co., passed away recently at his home, after an illness of two weeks. He was widely known and loved in Grand Rapids and western Michigan, having lived in this section nearly all of his lifetime. He was director of the Grand Rapids National Bank and vice-president of the Grand Rapids Trust Co. he was a member of the Kent County chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, a member of the Kent Country Club, Blythefield Country Club, the University Club and the Peninsular Club. He was one of the early promoters of the West Michigan Tourist and Resort Association of which he was a director for several years. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Wilson Hutchins; one sister, Miss Jessie Hutchins of Ann Arbor, and one brother, John B. Hutchins of this city.
