Lester Matthews

Lester Matthews, aged 72, of 2109 Shawnee Dr. SE., passed away Saturday morning in DelRay Beach, FL. Surviving are his wife, Geraldine M., one son, Roger; two daughters, Mrs. Dean (Judith) Britton, all of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Jean Linden of Kalamazoo, eight grandchildren; one brother, Walter, of Indianapolis. Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. (note time change) in East Congregational Church, his pastor, Dr. Seymour VanDyken and Dr. Duncan Littlefair officiating. Memorial contributions to the Leukemia Foundation will be appreciated. Arrangements by Metcalf & Jonkhoff.
