Prominent Citizen Dies – Frank Neuman

Frank Neuman, Well Known Business Man, Succumbs to Disease
Frank Neuman, a member of the board of directors of the Grand Rapids Brewing
company and superintendent of the sales department, died Sunday night at his
home, 717 Grandville avenue, following an attack of pneumonia. Mr. Neuman was
fifty-seven years old.
Before coming to this city Mr. Neuman conducted a hotel at Dorr, Michigan. Later
he came to the city and became associated with the Tusch Brewing company which
afterward was consolidated with the Grand Rapids Brewing company. He has been
salesman since then.
He is survived by a widow and four children: Frank, JR., Carl, Alice and Marie; one brother, Robert Neuman lives in this city, and Mr. Neuman’s mother and sister live at Dorr, Michigan. Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at 9 o’clock, at St. Joseph Catholic church.
