Obituary of Betty L. Oom - Grand Rapids Press, 2 Nov 1997

Bettl L. Oom (nee LaManna), aged 88, of Orland Park, IL, formerly of Comstock Park, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 1997. Mrs. oom was the beloved wife of the late, Leonard Oom, she was the loving mother of Leonard C. Oom of Grand Rapids, Christine (William) Lindhout of Rockford, MI, and Dorine (Robert) Deery of Orland Park, IL, dearest grandmother of ten and great grandmother of 12; ddear sister of Katherine Cheney of Phoenix, AZ, Mary Shappell of Lansing; Loretta McGowan of Malibu, CA; brother, Anthony LaManna of Saginaw, and fond aunt of several nieces and nephews
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Saturday at the Reyers North Valley Chapel, 2815 Fuller Ave., NE at Three Mile Rd. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet her family at the chapel 4 to 9 PM Friday.
