Roads Authorized, Lapeer County, 1836 LAWS OF MICHIGAN Sec. 14. There shall be laid out and established a state road from Mount Clemens, Macomb county via Romeo in said county, to Bristol, Lapeer county, thence to Lapeer, the county site of Lapeer county, thence by the most eligible route to the county site of Genesee county, to intersect the United States road leading from Detroit to Saginaw; and Silas D. McKeen of Lapeer, Jones Andrews of Bristol, and Alexander Tacles of Macomb, be and they are hereby appointed commissioners for that purpose. Sec. 25. There be laid out and established a state road from the mouth of the Black River, in the county of St. Clair, on the most eligible route, to the county site of Lapeer; thence to Grand Blanc, in Genesee county; and John Ryan, Joel M. Palmer and Ralph Wadhams, be, and are hereby appointed commissioners for that purpose. Sec. 30. There shall be laid out and established a state road from the county site of Lapeer county, by the most eligible route, to Saganaw (sic), the county site of the county of Saganaw (sic); and Henry M.
