NEW FLOUR MILLS IN LAPEER COUNTY.—L. H. Higley, Esq., of Lapeer, has nearly finished a large flour mill near the county seat, on Flint River, that would do honor to even old Rochester. It is calculated for seven run of stone. He will have three run ready for business in about three weeks. The whole machinery is on the most modern style.

A. N. HART, Esq., is placing steam-power to his flour mill at the village.
