Oscar Harkonen

Oscar Harkonen, 66, of Rt. 2, Daggett, died Oct. 7 at Bay Area Medical Center, Marinette. He was born in Bagley Jan. 27, 1920. He was a retired woodsman.

He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Brown, New Port Richey, FL, Mrs. Walter Donaldson of Menominee, Miss Sylvia Harkonen of Menominee, and Mrs. James Champley of Sturtevant, WI. 

Friends called at Sorenson Funeral Home, Daggett.  Final rites were held there Nov. 10.  The Rev. David Christenson officiated.  Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery.
