Friends may call after 7 tonight in the Clark H. Ford and Son Funeral Home, Rockwood. Services will be at 9:15 a.m. Friday in the funeral home and at 10 in St. Charles Catholic Church of Newport of which he was a member. The Rev. Donald Kresmer will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery. A prayer service will be at 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeralhome.

The son of John and Helen Roberts, he was born April 4, 1888, in South Rockwood. He married Josephine Lemerand Nov. 7, 1952, in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Rockwood. She preceded him in death.

Surviving are a brother, Chauncey Roberts of Rockwood, and two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Bernard of Detroit and Mrs. Frances Reaume of Newport.

Four sisters and a brother preceded him in death.
