Fourth St. died yesterday in the Monroe Canvelescent Center where she had been since October. She had been ill six months and seriously ill three days. (Picture, page 19-A)Friends may call after 7 tonight in the Rupp Funeral Home where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. tomorrow by the Altar Society of St. Michael’s Catholic Church. Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home and at 9:30 a.m. in St. Michael’s Catholic Church. The Rev. Hugo Notzel will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Cemetery, Maybee [Monroe, Michigan]. The daughter of Joseph and Theresa Schnepf, she was born March 21, 1886, in Maybee. She was married to John Straub May 17, 1904, in St. Joseph’s Catholic church, Maybee. She was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church and its Altar Society. Surviving are 6 sons, Leo of Taylor and Sylveter, Harold, Edward and Richard, all of Monroe, and John of Maybee; 4 daughters, Mrs. Urban (Gertrude) Gramlich of Maybee and Mrs. Robert (Ruth) DeBruyne, Mrs. William (June) Dushane and Mrs. Walter (Cleata) Eby, all of Monroe; 2 sisters, Mrs. Caroline Paquette of Stony Point and Mrs. Loretta Nagel of Monroe; 62 grandchildren, 118 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by here husband Oct. 28, 1962; a son, Lawrence in 1948; four sisters and five brothers.

Fourth St., who died Wednesday in the Monroe Convalescent Center, were today in the rupp Funeral Home and in St. Michael’s Catholic Church. The Rev. Hugo Noetzel officiated and the rev. italo Tucci served as deacon. Burial was in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Maybee [Monroe County, Michigan].
