My name is Michael Klein. I've been trying to do some family research and came upon your website. I was quite amazed at a lot of the similarities between what I've been told about my family and what I've read on your site.  I've attached a picture of a Klein family reunion in Rust Twp, Loud Township Hall that was given to me by my grand mother. If you could please take a look at this and see if it could be a match to what I've read. If it is the I am a descendent of Charles Klein, Phillip Klein's brother. Lavery
Looking for any information about the Lavery family name. I had a GGrandfather that lived in the county. I found them in the 1910 census. His name was Alvin G Lavery. He was married to Margaret and they had a child by the name of George M. Lavery. They lived in Albert Twsp. Alvin was born in Michigan, but I do not know where. He is buried in New Lothrop, MI. Alvin was born on May 24th, 1866, married on April 17th, 1901, and died Dec. 24th, 1949. Alvin's father's name was John. He was born in Ireland. lavertyt@tir.com
