John Samuel Dickinson

John Samuel Dickinson the son of William and Sarah "Barnes" Dickinson was born on the 20th. January 1873 in Denver Township, Newaygo Co. Michigan. He married to Inezellz O'Brien on 17th. of June 1894 in Denver Township. They had six children: Donald M., Neva Bell, Edna Victoria, Cleopatra, Walter William and Lula Orilade. Inezellz died on 3 February 1920 in Fremont and is buried in the Maple Grove Cemetery.
John then married Myrtie Kelly on 15 of November 1922 in Fremont, Mich. Myrtie was born on the 27th. of August 1872 in Yale, Mich. John lived in the Fremont area all of his life. He operated a farm north of Fremont for many years until they moved into Fremont and he was employed as a field representative for the Gerber Products Company for fifteen years. He died on the 3rd. January 1960 in Fremont and is buried in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Myrtie, while visiting her sister in Yale, Mich. was stricken with a heart condition and died on the 2nd. June 1961 in Yale Mich. She was buried in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Fremont Mich.
