CONSTITUTIONS. In Michigan there have been four constitutions submitted to the people, those of 1835, 1850, 1867 and 1873. On the two last occasions Oceana has voted as follows: In 1867 there were voted "yes" 661, "no," 548; in 1873 there were 329 "yes" to 1,026 "no." |
