CAPT. JOHN TREVORROW, mining captain of Bohemian Mine, P. 0. Greenland, was born in Cornwall, Eng., in 1833. He was brought up a miner, and emigrated to America in 1863, coming direct to Ontonagon County, Mich. Since coming here, he has worked at various mines, the Rockland, Flintsteel, Henwood, Calumet and Bohemian. He was timber man at the Rockland and Calumet, and first captain at the Henwood Mine. For the past seven years he has been first captain of the Bohemian Mine.
