ALLARD Need information on the
following people who were known to be in Minnesota Mine, National Mine, Rosendale in the early 1860's to
1870's. Basile Allard and wife Deloria (Delvina) Emmon (Emmont). Had son Louis b. 20 Jul 1859/60 at Rosendale
Arial (Hercule) Lord (Lore) and wife Louisa Genereux Lived in
National Mine, Rosendale, Rockland
Peter (Pierre) Pinard and wife Loi Lord had son Joseph Oscar b. 30
Apr 1858 at Ridge Church?? and daughter Mary Lumine b. 30 Apr. 1867 at Rockland
Maglaone Chevalier and wife Julia Lord
Also, any information on Indian Reservation near Rockland would be
appreciated. My g grandmother was suppose to have been born on that
reservation in 1861. She was Mary Louise Lord, parents Arial Lord and Louise Genereux. I find this reservation as a designated reservation by the National Archives in Chicago. I have had difficulty finding any info on it.

CURTIS Seeking information on John Henry
CURTIS b. Jun 23, 1853; wife Elizabeth A. Pearson b. July 1852; CH: Fred Pearson Curtis born Aug 7,1885. I
find the family in the 1900 and 1910 Rockland Twp, Ontonagon C., Michigan Census. In 1920 Fred is listed with
a family but neither of his parents appear in that census. I have been told that both John Henry and Elizabeth
are buried in Rockland Twp. I am assuming they died between 1910 and 1920. I would appreciate any help in
finding the site of their burial and obituaries, if possible.

Need information on DESROSIERS (any spelling), LA FRENIERE, & LATENDRESSE families or individuals who may have migrated from Quebec to Ontonagon County. My mother, Leah LaFreniere, was
born at Chassell, Houghton County, to Eugene (Desrosiers) LaFreniere and Marie Louise Latendresse who came from Ste-Beatrix,

HOOPER Seeking ancestors of David HOOPER and his wife Elizabeth HANCOCK who
came from Cornwall, England to this area to work in the mines. They
immigrated in about 1855 and had three children who were born in
Michigan, John, David Jr., and Margaret who was born in Rockland. They
had 5 other children who immigrated with them from England, Elizabeth
Ann, Emma, Livinia, Frank, and Caroline. David Sr. was born February
27,1824 in Cornwall, England and died August 4, 1891 in a place unknown. Elizabeth, his wife was born September 21, 1823 in St. Austell Parish, Cornwall, England and died July 4, 1908 in a place unknown. I am trying to find out more about this family and their ancestors and their life in Michigan and where they might be buried there. Margaret J. Hooper, one of the daughters, married a man named Menhennet who was killed in a prison riot in Marquette circa 1918. He was a warden there. Is this familiar to anyone?

WAGGONER Seeking information on Garret WAGGONER. He married Elizabeth
GREENE. They lived in Choate, Michigan. They had three children: June, Douglas and Russell (1900-1976). Believe that June and Douglas moved west to California. Garrett remarried to a Mrs. STONE. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
