Alonzo Brayman died early Wednesday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. M. H. Nixon, 130 East Fourteenth Street. Deceased was a veteran of the Civil War, having served over a year in Co. I, Twelfth Michigan Volunteers. At the time of his death he was 86 years old.

The funeral services will be held Friday afternoon under the auspices of A. C. Van Raalte Post, G. A. R. of which the dead veteran was a member. There will be a short service at 1:15 from the house and at 2 o’clock from the M. E. Church.
