Mrs. Mercy Drew, widow of the late H. O. Drew, died at her home in Hudsonville. Although she had been ill for several weeks her condition was not considered critical and her death was unexpected. She left four sons – Myron, Elmer and Warren of Georgetown, and Walter of Detroit; three daughters – Mrs. Thomas Hughes of Hudsonville, Mrs. Herman Albright of Coopersville and Mrs. O. P. Ellis of Detroit. Besides these she leaves three brothers – Lyman, Charles and Byron Cobb, all of northern Michigan.

The funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon at the home at 1 o’clock, Rev. J. F. Frye officiating.
