Gerrit Hemkes, whose home is one mile north of Zutphen, passed away in the Muskegon Sanitarium of tuberculosis, having attained the age of twenty-eight years. His mother’s death occurred in Zutphen only three weeks ago and the son in serious condition and broken hearted followed her soon after.
