| Chester Kamphuis Chester Kamphuis. 67. Of Holland, Michigan, died after being stricken on a tour bus which was visiting Gettysburg at about 1 p.m. Thursday. The bus went immediately to Warner Hospital where Mr. Kamphuis died. He was born in Holland Michigan, son of the late John and Ida Borgman Kamphuis Surviving is his wife, the former Mildred Kuyers. Until his retirement, he had been employed as a fireman by the Citv of Holland. He was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church Holland.
