Death Takes Former Citizen

Mrs. Jennie Schuitema

Mrs. Jennie Schuitema, aged 82, formerly of Hudsonville, passed away suddenly on Tuesday evening at the Holland Home.

She is survived by two sons, Henry of Hudsonville, Joe of Grand Rapids; six duaghters, Mrs. John Bouwman, Mrs. Cornelius Troot, Mrs. Claude Datema, Mrs. James Doezema, Mrs. John Pastoor and Mrs. Cornelius Koster all of Grand Rapids; 33 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Nick Yonker of Holland.

Funeral services were held Friday at the DeVries Funeral Home with interment in Garfield Park cemetery.
