Wesley L. Chapman
Wesley Lynus Chapman, 83, of Onaway, passed away June 26, 1974 at the Russell Memorial Hospital.
Born February , 1891 in Coleman, Wesley Chapman married the former Esther Pangborn who preceded him in death in September of 1971.
Surviving are two sons, Newton Sr. of Onaway and Harold of Muskegon; six daughters, Mrs. Russ (Ruth) Tank of Rogers City,
Mrs. Herman (Edith) Reiger, Mrs. David (Nancy) Thompson of Onaway, Mrs. Wilber (Dorothy) Jurgerson of Lincoln Park,
Mrs. Frank (Louise) Judge of Dearborn and Mrs. Robert (Lucille) Henning of Plymouth; two brothers, Ernest of Cheboygan
and Roy of Detroit; one sister, Mrs. Thomas (Nellie) McComb of Bay City; 38 grandchldren and 48 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were performed, Saturday, June 29th, at the First Baptist Church with Pastor Erwin Miller officiating.
Wesley Lynus Chapman was laid to rest in Norh Allis Township. The Chagnon Funeral Home made the funeral arrangements.
