Karen Stiles and Ray DeBoer win $10,000 in Onaway From Presque Isle County Advance and Onaway Outlook Nov. 12, 2015

  

  
CAPTION:   Karen Stiles and Ray DeBoer flashed $10,000 smiles in a front page photo.  DeBoer did believe a 
small town like Onaway would have a $10,000 instant ticket winner.  Yet , it didn't stop him from buying the 
$1 tickets and trying his luck.  Ray bought three tickets and the third one was a $2 winner and he exchanged
that for two more tickets.  When the $10,000 figure was matched "She almost hit the roof," said Ray who spent
a good part of the evening celebrating his new fortune.  Ray and Karen scratched the ticket at the Onaway Bar.
