CAPTION: In 1985, the Norman J. Smith Memorial Band Shell, built in 1953 at Rogers City's
Lakeside Park, was razed by the department of public works.  Acting city manager, Bill
Froelich said, "Residents can rest assured that a temporary location will be found for
this summer's concerts."
