CAPTION: One of the front-page stories 70 years ago was record enrollment at St. John
Lutheran School.  There were five teachers that were going to educate 186 students.  It was a 
record for the parochial school.  The Rev. Robert Weller encouraged children and parents
that in the name of Jesus, success could and would be achieved.
