John on the left and Ralph were cousins.  John was born in 1873 and Ralph was born in 1876.  Ralph grew up in Applegate.

This photo is of William H. Ennest and Laura Potts Ennest of Applegate.  The old man on the porch is Grandfather Mitchelson, grandfather of William.  The children are Ralph and Carrie Ennest.  The photograph was taken around 1880.  Laura Potts was from Lexington.  William was an educator in Sanliac County for many years.  Carrie married Frank Reed from Carsonville.  Ralph married Emma Hornack from the Applegate area.

Charles Henry Gebhardt and his wife Ida
(Gabriel)
. The photo was taken sometime in the 1920's. They emigrated
from Germany in 1873, and lived near Schock Rd. He was a furniture maker and farmer.

Warren Graham Family from Deckerville
30th. wedding anniversary 1899
Warren and wife Deborah Ann (Hamlin) married Nov. 21, 1869 in Lexington.
sitting in Warren's lap is Louella (Sept. 3,1897-1993).   Other members of the family are Don Praast, Deborah and Warren seated-the other girl in the foreground is Ethel (Jan 5,1893)-the young man on the far right is Charles (May 3,1877) the woman farthest left in the back row is Letty March 1 1875-the one 5th from the left is Elsie Oct 14, 1873. The boy behind Ethel is Ervin (Apr 6,1887) and the boy farthest left is Chauncey (Oct 6, 1885) the other three young men are William (Apr 7,1884) Frederick (Jan 6, 1881) and Oscar 
(Jul 17 1879)

Laura (Louisa) Ellen (Wheeler) Green and Pierce (Perez) W. Green of Bridgehampton Twp.  They settled in Sanilac County in 1884.  They are the parents of George Perez Green, Lovila (Graves) Green, Lucy Ellen (Allen-McClean) Green,  William A. Green, James Green, Laforest Hartwell Green, Leonard Monroe Green and Charles G. Green. All of whom eventually settled in Sanilac County with the exception of George and James.
