I am looking for any additional information regarding the following families that lived in St. Clair county: COOK, Frederick (b.?,Cornwall, England; d.~1915, Wales, MI) spouse: GALLENA, Victoria children: COOK, Jewel (b.~1870, Wales, MI); COOK, Annetta (b.~1872, Wales); COOK, Charles (b.~1874, Wales, MI); COOK, Charles (b.~1874), COOK, Fred; and COOK, Ephrem. HALL, Edward (b. Belfast, IRE) spouse: ?, Julia (b. Crystal Falls, PA) children: HALL, Ben, George, James (b.~1868), William, Malin, Charles, Alice, Safrone, Martha, Ella (all b. probably near or in Marine City, MI). Other names for marriages to above individuals include LOVEJOY, John; LASBROOKS, Elvie; HAYNES, William; HALE-DORWAY, Charles; and WAGNER, Charles. Any help would definitely be appreciated!

CAUSLEY/EMLAW/HARRIS: I am looking for my gr-grandparents. Josephine CAUSLEY married Joseph EMLAW, in Sarnia Lampton Twp, Ont. Canada and came to Port Huron, St. Clair Co. MI. Their children are Lila b. 6 Mar 1892: d. May 1973. Married John C. HARRIS. They had 7 children. Wm EMLAW b. 19 Dec 1893, d. Sep 1974. Dewey EMLAW b. 15 Mar 1897, d. Jul 1976. Jed EMLAW b. 26 Oct 1895, d. 1973. Married Cora. Charles EMLAW no info.

BEAN: Looking for information on Richard BEAN (b. 1794-July 7, 1856) m. Mary Louisa RIVERS Aug. 15, 1814 in Detroit Territory. Louisa was first "white women" born in Port Huron, according to History of St. Clair Co., MI. They moved to what was to become St. Clair Co., soon afterwords. He is buried at Kinney Cemetery. I do not know when Mary died or where she is buried. Richard was in the war of 1812 and received a pension from the U.S. for his participation. He was discharged in Detroit in 1814. In his application for his pension, he states he does not know the day or month of his birth. I do not know his parents, but he says he was born in Northumberland Co., VA. His son Richard, Jr. grew up with the Native Americans, b. Nov. 9, 1816, was Highway Commissioner and held town and school offices as well. He married Frozina FENTON of New York, Jan 10, 1837.

ENDRES: Interested in learning marriage date and place of origin for Severin ENDRES and his wife, Anna M. LEBENS. Both born in Germany. Severin born June 1827. Died in Marine City, St. Clair Co. 20 Aug 1904. Buried at Holy Cross Cemetery. Anna died in Marine City, St. Clair Co., 15 Aug 1906. They had 7 children; Frank X., Theresa, John B., Elizabeth, Christina, Rosa and Andreas, all born in Marine City.

VAN CURLER, Aaron, born 1820 in NY. Appears in 1870 MI census from Township of Wales, St. Clair Co., MI. Wife Maria b. 1824 in Canada; children Frances Marion b. 1844 NY and Mary b. 1855 in NY; Catherine b. 1861 MI. Frances m. Douglas MCTAVISH in 1867 in St. Clair Co., MI. Can find other information on Frances and Douglas, but nothing else on Aaron or Maria VAN CURLER.

FITZGERALD: Would like to contact anyone related to Edward FITZGERALD;son of Michael FITZGERALD; son of Conan FITZGERALD. This family in some way related to Edmund Fitzgerald, the ship that sank in Lake Superior. Nan BUTLER, wife of Edward FITZGERALD and any related lines. They were married 12 Oct 1893, Port Huron. James LINDSAY, born 1843 in Ireland came to the US in 1848 with his parents Joseph and Elizabeth LINDSAY. Joseph joined the Union Army March, 1865 in Dexter, Michigan. I found James in the 1880 US Census living on Railroad St. in Smiths Creek, St Clair Co.,Michigan. They had three sons, Clair, Roy, and Herbert James. I would like to know where in Ireland Joseph and Elizabeth came from, and who may still be living in the area that is related.

Thelma WALTERS bn abt 1914 in (possibly Va.) married James Hugh WHITE in 1933 in St. Clair Co., Port Huron, MI. Had daughter, Barbara White in 1934, Port Huron, MI. Had son Ronald after 1934 in Port Huron, MI. Ronald was killed in car accident, date unknown. Thelma divorced James and was said to have never remarried. Her daughter Barbara lived with her father and her brother lived with Thelma. Barbara has never seen or heard from Thelma, or her brother. Looking for any family or anyone who could even tell if Thelma is alive or where she or Ronald may be buried.

Alexander BLAKELY and Nora LEAGUE were married on Dec. 28, 1892. They had 2 children George and Thomas. I can find them 1900 and 1910 census in Cottrellville in St. Clair, County. I know that Alexander and Nora were born in Canada.

Aaron HULIN, b 3 March 1697 in New York, d 14 Feb 1881 in Berville, St. Clair, MI. Did he marry and have children, specifically a Lee Walton Hulin? Aaron's father was Walton Hulin.
