Albert J. Juckett

Albert enlisted at Kalamazoo, Michigan, at the age of 20 for 3 years of service and took the muster oath on May 26, 1861. He served with the 2nd Infantry until January 20, 1864 at which time he served in Company I, 17th Michigan Infantry. On April 9, 1864 he returned to service with the 2nd Michigan until his discharge at Detroit, Michigan, on June 3, 1864. His post war address was Homer, Michigan, where he was buried when he died.Brother of Ashley P. Juckett , Company K, 5th Michigan Cavalry.
