Raymond Robert Page, age 71, of 300 W. City Park Drive, Munising, died with his family surrounding him on Thursday, August 16, 2007 at the Munising Memorial Hospital. He was born in Little Rock , Arkansas to the late Jewell and Olita Page on February 26, 1939. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Ray was a hard worker and enjoyed his work. He also enjoyed cooking and in his later years, he especially enjoyed cooking on the bonfire at the beach. Ray also enjoyed watching old movies.
He is survived by daughters – Yvonne (Mike) Mattila of Alloues, MI, Susan (Greg) Breeding of Commerce Twp., MI, Robin Page of Madison Heights, MI; and Jennifer McCarrick of Hazel Park, MI; son – Raymond Page, Jr. of Hazel Park, MI; ten grandchildren – Sharon, Karen, Michael, Christina, Thomas, Ashley, Michael, Jared, Megan, and Melissa; seven great-grandchildren; sister – Della Page of Arkansas; numerous nieces and nephews. Ray was preceded in death by daughters Carolyn York and Ruby Anderson both of Richmond, IN, his parents, and a brother David Page.
