VAN BUREN, GEORGE - Battle Creek Daily
Journal, Wednesday, September 16, 1903 The remains of George Van Buren, who died Tuesday, in Lincoln, Neb., arrived in this city late this afternoon and were taken to the undertaking parlors of Mykins & Stratmyer. The deceased is a brother of Mrs. D. Robinson, Upton ave. The funeral arrangements will be announced later. |

EDWIN - Battle Creek Daily Moon, Thursday, July 30, 1891 Edwin Van Winkle, who has worked at Nichols, Shepard & Co.'s for some years, died this morning at his residence, No. 114 East Hall street, of consumption, aged fifty-two years.
